a.Materials will be available for download, for ease of use.

b.Some periods of blackout for download will occur, principally while newly enrolled students are still in their money back period.

c.Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials for personal, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Pass on material to a third party.

• Upload to a website or cloud storage area where it can be accessed by others.

• Publish in any way.

d.This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by The Self Publishing Formula Limited at any time. Course Refund Period: We offer a generous period of time to fully evaluate the course materials and decide if the course is for you. The refund period begins at the date and time of purchase. Please note that the course transactions are timed in UTC, Universal Time Code (GMT). Requests for a refund must be made at support@learnselfpublishing.com.

Refusal of a refund:

In rare circumstances we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Such circumstances include:

a) A buyer has previously purchased and asked for a refund of the same course.

b) A buyer has completed 100% of multiple modules

9. Credit Card ‘Chargeback’ & Disputes

The Self Publishing Formula Limited has a dedicated support email address (support@learnselfpublishing.com) for any queries regarding course purchase and credit card transactions. Any chargebacks or disputes that are lodged with credit card companies without prior communication will be vigorously defended. IP logs are kept of all sales and course access logs will be provided to credit card companies as proof of use.

Live Shows and Events

Tickets purchased for Learn Self Publishing live shows and other scheduled events are non-refundable.

As our events take place on a specific date or during a specific period, the usual statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days does not generally apply to event tickets.

​

If you are unable to attend for any reason, including illness, travel disruption or a change in personal circumstances, we are unable to provide a refund.

​

If Learn Self Publishing cancels an event, you will be offered a full refund of the ticket price paid. If an event is rescheduled or there is a significant change to the event, we will provide details of the options available to you, which may include transferring your booking to the new date or receiving a refund.

We are not responsible for additional costs incurred in connection with attending an event, such as travel, accommodation or other personal expenses, except where required by law.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Writers Retreats

Places on Learn Self Publishing writers’ retreats are limited and are reserved specifically for each attendee. Once a booking has been made and payment received, payments are non-refundable if you later decide not to attend or are unable to attend.

​

This includes cancellation due to personal circumstances, illness, travel problems or changes to your plans. We therefore recommend that attendees consider appropriate travel insurance or other insurance that provides cancellation cover.

​

If Learn Self Publishing cancels a writers’ retreat, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount you have paid to Learn Self Publishing for the retreat. We will not normally be responsible for separate travel, accommodation or other costs you have arranged yourself.

​

If we need to change the dates or make a significant change to a retreat, we will contact attendees as soon as reasonably possible and explain the options available, which may include transferring the booking to the revised retreat or receiving a refund.

​

We may make reasonable changes to the retreat schedule, speakers, sessions or activities where necessary. Minor changes of this kind will not normally give rise to a right to a refund.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Course Content

The Self Publishing Formula Limited provides courses with relevant material for self publishing authors. By its nature this is a dynamic environment and from time to time elements of the course will be withdraw and new course material added. These changes reflect the latest opportunities available for authors.

Any claim relating to The Self Publishing Formula Limited's web site shall be governed by the laws of for example the laws of England and Wales without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
